1. Permit. Subject to the temrs and conditions set fo(h herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Board ofAppeals and Adjustrnents approves a variance to permit the
applicant to construct a six-foot fence along West Lake Drive in the front yard of 931
Lake Susan Hills Drive.
1. A zoning permit must be obtained before beginning any construction.
2. The applicant shall relocate the six-foot privacy fence outside of the sight triangle of the
driveway as well as the site triangle for the property at 8440 West Lake Drive'
3. The applicant shall apply for and receive an Encroachment Agreement to place the fence
within the &ainage and utility easement.
4. @9. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not
been suhantially completed, this variance shall lapse.

County, MN.
