Toole Design Group (TDG) is submitting the attached roadway plan set to assist with the right-of-way
plat approval for the Avienda development in Chanhassen, MN. The plan set is for Bluff Creek Boulevard
from approximately 500 feet east of River Rock Drive N. to Powers Boulevard.
The enclosed is a progress plan print. The plans are under development and the attached is to show
progress being made on the plans, while being able to move the right-of-way plat approval process
forward. The City will receive a 60% plan set to review at a future date.
TDG looks forward to continuing to work with the City, Level 7, and Landform toward the final
construction plans and specifications for this roadway. We would appreciate an opportunity to meet
with you to discuss previous comments on the draft plans, as well as coordinate with the City for future
submittals.
