on five parcels totaling 118 acres on property zoned Agricultural Estate District(A-2)with a
land use designation of Regional Commercial or Office use, and located at the southwest

1. 2740 Orchard Lane-request for a variance for a second driveway on property zoned

2. West Park- 8601 Great Plains Boulevard- Rezoning, Site Plan Review, Subdivision,
and Vacation of Right of Way with Variances on property zoned Planned Unit
Development(PUD) and Single Family Residential (RSF) for construction of an 82 unit
town-home development and located southeast of Waters Edge Drive, west of Great
Plains Boulevard,north of Highway 212 and bisected by Lake Susan Drive. Applicant:

3. Venue/Aldi—United Properties -request for a Site Plan Review for a 134 unit
apartment building and a 19,000 square foot retail building(Aldi)with variances and a
