I am writing to all of you regarding the pu.blic hearing as reterenced above.
Asa neighboring commercial property owner, we are in support of the signage variance request for
Americana Community Bank located at 600 Market Street, Chanhassen.
I have not had an opportunity to review the detailed plan for this canopy signage. However, I am
confident that both the City staff and Americana Community Bank will install a nice looking
attractive canopy signage.
