Dear Mr. Colvin
Staff conducted an inspection ofthe GolfZone on August 6,2021. Upon inspection ofthe
property, there are aspects which are not in compliance with the approved CUP/IUP:
Six (6) over-story, deciduous trees must be planted around the parking lota
As we discussed during the inspection, please work with Jill Sinclair to select appropriate tree
species and planting locations to meet this condition. Once you have planted the trees, please
contact me to schedule a follow up inspection.
