On behalf of Capstone Investments, LLC we are submitting an application and the following items in support
of a city review for a Site Plan Review, Subdivision and Parking Variance for the subject project site:

Attached please find seven full sized copies of the PD Plans, seven color copies of the building elevations,
and one plan set of 8 ½ ”x11” reductions. The application, plan sets and other information will also be sent to
you electronically via email and dropbox.
We are requesting that staff begin the review of this project and schedule it for a Planning Commission
meeting on September 7, 2021, and City Council on September 27, 2021. We look forward to working with
