NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-19
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for subdivision of two parcels into three lots and one outlot and site plan review for
development of an approximately 82,000 sq. ft., one-story office-warehouse building located at
2100 Stoughton Avenue (River Valley Industrial Center). Zoned Industrial Office Park (IOP).
Property Owner: Joel Buttenhoff, Capstone Investors, LLC.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the city’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-19 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this
proposal.
