RE: 2021-215 County Road 27 and 154th Street Delineation MNRAM
Dear Dean:
The property located in Section 32, T115N, R21W in Scott County, Minnesota as shown in the
prior submitted wetland drawing has two wetland basins. W e have performed a MNRAM 3.4
analysis on Wetlands 1 and 2 according to BWSR procedures at the request of Scott SWCD.
These basins were delineated by the methodology outlined in the 1987 U. S. Army Corps of
Engineers Wetland Delineation Manual along with the 2010 Midwest Regional Supplement
procedures.
A review of the National Wetland Inventory Map, aerial photographs, and the NRCS Web Soil
Survey data provided additional data for the MNRAM beyond the field inspection.
The MNRAM attached rates the Wetland 2 as a low quality wetland based on the data attached.
The W etland 2 is classed as a Manage 3 wetlands.
Wetland 1 was rated as a medium quality wetland based on the data attached. This basin is
classed as a Manage 2 wetland.
