NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request to
amend an existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to expand an outside storage area on property
located at 7851 Park Drive. Zoned Industrial Office Park (IOP). Applicant: Barry Stock /
Property Owner: Lotus Holdings, LLC.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the city’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-21 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this
proposal.
