NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-24
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for an Interim Use Permit for grading in excess of 1,000 cubic yards for the creation of a berm
on property located at 9631 Foxford Road. Zoned Rural Residential (RR). Property Owner:
David Gatto.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the city’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-24 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this
proposal.
