NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for an amendment to the Interim Use Permit (IUP) for excavation of existing wetland along with
excavated borrow being placed on a location within the parcel located west of Great Plains
Blvd., south of the Foxwood Development, and north of W. 96th Street. Zoned Agricultural
Estate (A2). Applicant: Black Cherry Development, LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-03 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
