Dear Mr. Billiet:
This letter is to confirm that on October 5, 2021, the Chanhassen Planning Commission, acting
as the Board of Appeals and Adjustments, approved a variance request to utilize a Type IV septic
system subject to the following condition:
1. An approved septic permit and plan must be obtained before construction can begin on
the replacement septic system. Contact the Building Department directly to complete the
building permit process.
