Mech serv letterTo whom it may concern: Re: River Valley Industrial Center Summary of the proposed mechanical system for the River Valley Industrial Center. !. The potable water shall be supplied by a new well located ouside the south side of the building. The water service shall enter the building below the frost line to a water service room. The room would house the service entry, water pump and pressure tank. Pipe dimensions and pressure requiirements will be determined at the time of system design for construction. It will be designed for eleven restroom locations and service sinks inside the building. 2. The sanitary sewer shall serve the 11 locations of two toilet room, service sinks and two floor drains at each location.The sanitary sewer will leave the building at one location at the center of the west side of the building. The sanitary sewer will go to septic tanks and be pumped to sanitary field drains. 3. The roof drainage system shall consist of one storm sewer roof drain to an interior roof drain pipe system and one over flow roof drain for every 7,500 square feet of the building. The roof drainage system shall exit the building at three locations on the west side of the buiilding. 4. The natural gas line shall come from the gas main located at either Audubon Road or Stoughton Avenue. The natural gas line shall serve unit heaters to heat the warehouse and by roof top units serving the tenant office spaces.
