On November 16, 2021 you agreed to the Planning Commission's proposal to table your variance request to allow you and staff to agree on a comprise vegetative buffer configuration. Staff informed you that this action may prevent the variance from being resolved within the required 60 day review period which will end on December 14, 2021.
