Replat a 6.26 acre parcel into three lots and two outlots and a site plan request for the construction of a 48-unit multi-family building with a variance to allow a reduction of the
number of enclosed parking spaces (the overall number including outdoor parking spaces exceeds the overall number required by ordinance).
ACTION REQUIRED
City Council approval requires a majority of City Council present.
PLANNING COMMISSION SUMMARY
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 7, 2006 to review the proposed development. The Planning Commission voted 6 to 0 to approve the request. The summary and verbatim
minutes are item 1a of the City Council packet.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends adoption of the motions as specified beginning on pages 14 & 15 of the staff report dated February 7, 2006.
