For the vacation, that checks the box for (4). At your convenience we’ll still need (2), (3) which will be $560.00, (5) and (6). As part of the vacation application, Mary’s niece will
have to be a co-applicant since the easement is on their property too. Also, new easements around 865 Pleasant View Road will be required as a condition the vacation.

Bob – for the trees, we would not be removing any trees from lot 2 and only the maple 12” on lot 1. When you ask about the “minimum canopy coverage minimums”, are you asking what we
can take down and leave as minimum? To be honest, I don’t know what the code is but if you can let me know, I can update to reflect the amount we can take and what would be left as-is.
