Bob and Erik – See attached tree canopy and DUE legal description. I’ll send the vacation docs tomorrow when I’m in the office.
Bob – for the trees, we would not be removing any trees from lot 2 and only the maple 12” on lot 1. When you ask about the “minimum canopy coverage minimums”, are you asking what we
can take down and leave as minimum? To be honest, I don’t know what the code is but if you can let me know, I can update to reflect the amount we can take and what would be left as-is.
As you can see, most everything is left in place. Please let me know. Thank you
