MacKenzie -
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to get our team together to get preliminary plans for
your review.
At this time, we’d like to withdraw our variance request.
Please confirm.

Todd,
I just wanted to remind you that the January 28th, 2022 deadline I had mentioned in
my January 7th email is quickly approaching. Any proposed revisions to your initial
variance request would need to be submitted to the City by close of business on
January 28th, 2022. Please let me know if you have any preliminary plans that you
would like me to comment on or any questions about the timeline and process for
resuming consideration of the variance request.
If you do not believe you can make the above deadline, I would recommend
withdrawing the variance request and resubmitting once you are ready to proceed.
Thanks you,
-MacKenzie

2022.
Please let me know if you have any preliminary plans that you would like me to

consideration of the variance request.

Todd,
I received your letter and talked it over with the Community Development
Director. We are comfortable granting an extension until Spring of 2022;
however, we feel like we need to formally establish a timeframe for
resolving this case. To this end, I’m attaching a formal extension waiver. In
it I’ve proposed March 31, 2022 as the agreed upon deadline for having
this case completely resolved (i.e. it would need to appear before the
Planning Commission and, if needed, City Council by that date). I don’t
have the 2022 calendar of meetings yet, but this timeline would likely
require that you submit the revised application in early February.
Please review, sign, and return the waiver to me at your earliest
convenience.
Thanks,
-MacKenzie
