DESCRIPTION
An easement for conservation purposes over, under and
across that part of Lot 3, Block 1, MORIN ADDITION,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Carver County,
Minnesota, which lies southerly and southwesterly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 3;
thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 degrees 10
minutes 43 seconds West, along the west line of said
Lot 3, for 117.05 feet to the point of beginning of the
line to be described; thence South 72 degrees 52
minutes 18 seconds East for 57.43 feet; thence South
41 degrees 32 minutes 09 seconds East for 45.63 feet;
thence South 33 degrees 13 minutes 26 seconds East
for 172.01 feet, to the east line of said Lot 3, and said
line there terminating.
