PH Notice to Villager - 3-1-22 - 6609 Horseshoe CvCITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER & HENNEPIN COUNTIES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-07B NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for setback and maximum size variances for a water-oriented accessory structure (WOAS), a variance to allow a six-foot, six-inch high opaque fence (gate) within the required front yard setback, and a variance request for a front yard parking pad on property located at 6609 Horseshoe Curve.
