NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-07B
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for setback
and maximum size variances for a water-oriented accessory structure (WOAS), a variance to
allow a six-foot, six-inch high opaque fence (gate) within the required front yard setback, and a
variance request for a front yard parking pad on property located at 6609 Horseshoe Curve.
Zoned Single-Family Residential (RSF). Property Owner: Elise Bruner & Brian Bruner.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the City’s website
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-07B or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
