NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-13A
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request to amend
Interim Use Permit #2021-13 to extend the termination date of the permit for an
Agritainment/Agritourism use on property located at 9111 Audubon Road. Zoned Agricultural
Estate (A2). Applicant: Todd Degler / Property Owner: Gayle Degler.
Documents showing the location of the proposal are available for public review on the
city’s web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-13A or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
