NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2022-04
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider Conceptual PUD
approval for a mixed-use Planned Unit Development (PUD) which would permit the construction
of four 20,000 square-foot storage buildings on approximately 8.3 acres with a land use
designation of Mixed located at 10500 and 10520 Great Plains Boulevard. Zoned: Fringe Business
District. Property Owner: Nancy Blood / Applicant: RSI Marine
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the City’s website
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2022-04 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
