NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-12A
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to
consider a request for rezoning and preliminary plat to add two lots to the approved preliminary
plat for the Erhart Farm development with a variance from the tree replacement requirement on
property located at 775 and 731 W. 96th Street. Zoned: Agricultural Estate District (A2).
Applicant/Property Owner: Black Cherry Development, LLC.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the Cty’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-12A or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
