NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2022-06
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a side yard
setback variance to permit construction of an addition on a property located at 6430 Pleasant
View Lane. Zoned Single-Family Residential (RSF). Applicant: Mike Werth / Property Owner:
Meghan & Mark LaLonde.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the City’s website
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2022-06 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
