This letter is to formally notiff you that the City is taking the additional 60-day extension to
process the request for the Gayle Morin Rezoning and Subdivision with Variances requests as
permitted under MN STAT. 15.99.
This extension, which ends on May 28, 2022, is due to revisions to your original plan and the
need to schedule a meeting between City staff, Watershed District staff and the Applicant to
discuss and resolve wetland ordinance-related matters.
This application has been scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commission on May 3,
