SUMMARY
On April 28, 2014, the City Council approved a site plan for an 8,000 square-foot multi-tenant building.
The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Site Plan Agreement to reconfigure the parking lot and
improve traffic circulation for the property. The required number of parking spaces per ordinance is 65.
The applicant is providing 55 spaces. The applicant is requesting deferment of adding the 10 parking
spaces if the need presents itself.
When the City, in its sole discretion, determines that the parking demand exceeds the number of
constructed parking spaces, the City may terminate the parking deferment and require the applicant to
provide the parking.
