Please find attached fully executed development review application, legal description,
sixteen copies full size preliminary plat and plans, one reduced set of preliminary plat and
plans, preliminary drainage calculations, and associated fees for the proposed Bluff Creek
Twin Homes subdivision.
We request consideration for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment since the current land
use is agricultural A2 and the proposed land use is Low Density Residential.
Consideration for rezoning to Planned Unit Development because of the unique
constraints of the property in regards to the location of the existing Magellan petroleum
pipeline and the wetland that lies in the southerly part of the property. Consideration of
subdivision approval for the proposed 18 lots and outlot A.
