To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to formally notify you that on September 29,2005, the Chanhassen
City Council approved the following motion:
"The City Council denies Variance #05-28 for a request for relief from the
city's ordinances in order to place a non-illuminated sign on a bank drive-thru
canopy without street frontage based on the findings of fact in the staff report
and the following:
1. The applicant has not demonstrated a hardship to warrant a variance.
2. The applicant has adequate signage."
