Chanhassen Community The Community Garden was expanded $12,000
Gardens through a cooperative project carried out
by the Community Development, Sewer
and Water and Parks Department.
Because all the work including site
layout, surveying, demolition, grading
and a water service extension were
completed in-house only minimal funds
were expended.
Off-Leash Dog Park Increased to $50,000 and move into the $20,000
Contribution 2006 CIP.
Total $548,000.00
Notes:
Sod for the majority of the playground projects was scheduled for installation
the week of November 7th. The contractor failed to perform the work per the
schedule. We remain hopeful that the majority of the sites will be sodded this
year.
The 2005 Playground Replacement Projects are anticipated to come in $25,000
under budget.
The Chamber of Commerce contributed $1,000 towards the Old Village Hall
Courtyard Improvement Project.
