Dear Mr. Schutrop:
This letter is to notify you that the city will be unable to complete the review
of your project within the 60 day review period that ends December 27, 2005
due to only one City Council meeting in December 2005. Therefore, I am
notifying you that the city is extending its review period for up to an
additional 60 days, through February 25, 2006. We have scheduled this item
to be heard by City Council on January 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the
Chanhassen City Council Chambers.
