Re: Minnetonka Middle School West Interim Use Permit (IUP) Application
Dear Mr. Condon:
Staff has reviewed the documents which were submitted for the above-referenced project. Based on
this review, the submittal is incomplete and cannot be scheduled for public review. The following
information needs to be submitted before we can initiate the City review process:
1. A check for $675 ($425 !UP permit application fee; $200 development review sign; $50 recording
fee. You will be invoiced for the public hearing notice at a later date.);
2. An original signed development review application (form available online at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us );
3. 16 full-size copies of the plan set;
4. A 8 Y2 x 11" reduction of each sheet in the plan set; and
