Bob,
The footprints in our Masterpiece series range from about 3027 to 3980 square feet. We typically assume adding
another 1500 square feet of hardcover including the driveway, sidewalks, patios and a small allowance for future
hardcover. We do not offer pools, but we want our buyers to have the flexibility to add such a feature in the future
if desired and permitted given the constraints on that particular homesite. Is this what you were looking for?

You provide the information regarding the permissible impervious area. It appears that the minimum is 4,500 sq.
ft. How does this compare with what you will be proposing per site, including houses, driveways, sidewalks and
patios? Could you please provide me with that information also.
