Attached is the submittal packaqe for the Pinehurst replat tarqetinq the February 7 Planninq
Commission Meetinq and the February 27 City Council Meeting for preliminary and final plat and
the easement vacation. Matt Goldstein will qet the application, cover letter, and lot area breakdown
including the impervious area evaluation to yoU today under separate cover.
Generally the chanqes include the removal of Lot 27, Block 1 and a lot in Block 2 based on the first
plat. Roads, pondinq, trees, and qeneral drainaqe has not been chanqed. We adiusted contours
on some of the lots to accommodate the new lines with most of the chanqes in Block 4 based on
the replat. We will have to remove and relay one storm sewer line between Lots 5 & 6. Block 1.
We have also checked the sewer services to make sure the new lot confiquration can be serviced
with the installed lines. Please don't hesitate to call if you have questions or need additional
information.
