RE: Revised Preliminary Plat Submittal - Liberty at Creekside
Dear Mr. Generous:
Town & Country Homes, a K. Hovnanian Company is pleased to submit the revised
preliminary plat for Liberty at Creekside. The following items are enclosed with this submittal:
. 16 full size copies of the preliminary plat
. 1 11x17 copy of the preliminary plat
. 1 full size copy of the cross section highlighting views throughout the development
. 1 llx17 copy of the cross section highlighting views throughout the development
. 1 copy of the Premier and Concord product description
Town & Country Homes proposes the Liberty at Creekside development consisting of 146
housing units. The proposed homes at Creekside will consist of Town & Country Homes'
Premier and Concord product lines. A brief product description of each housing type is
enclosed for your information. In addition to the information contained in that description, the
Concord product line offers a private balcony option for individual units that overlook a
common courtyard. The Premier product line offers a private deck option to the rear of each
unit. The site has been designed to preserve views for each resident from north to south
overlooking the Bluff Creek Overlay District.
Town & Country Homes looks forward to partnering with the city of Chanhassen to obtain the
necessary approvals to facilitate the development of Liberty at Creekside. Thank you for your
continued cooperation on this exciting project and we look forward to meeting with the
Planning Commission on March 7, 2006.
