The Premier product line offers four housing types each with three levels
of living area.
· Model A offers 2 and 3 bedroom options with up to 2 1/2 bathrooms. This
floor plan offers between 1,550-1,600 finished square feet with a 2-car,
front-loaded garage.
· Model Coffers 2 and 3 bedroom options with up to 2 1/2 bathrooms. This
floor plan offers 1,795 finished square feet with a 2-car, front-loaded
garage.
· Model D offers 2 and 3 bedroom options with up to 2 V2 bathrooms. This
floor plan offers 1,774 finished square feet with a 2-car, front-loaded
garage.
· Model F offers 2 and 3 bedroom options with up to 2 V2 bathrooms. This
floor plan offers 1,702 finished square feet with a 2-car, front-loaded
garage.
