A RESOLUTION VACATING ALL PUBLIC DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
IN PINEHURST 2ND ADDITION - PLANNING CASE FILE NO. 06-07
WHEREAS, the City received a request from Lennar Corporation (Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc.), representing the Pinehurst subdivision, to vacate all public drainage and utility
easements on the underlying parcels of property within the plat of Pinehurst 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the existing public drainage and utility easements were granted to the City as
part of the Pinehurst plat in 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Pinehurst 2nd Addition plat was approved by the City Council on
February 27, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chanhassen City Council hereby
vacates the existing public drainage and utility easements as defined on the attached vacation
description.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 27tl1 day of February, 2006.
