NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
Rezoning
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for
Subdivision Site
from A2 to PUD-R; of approximately 80 acres into 156 single-family cluster lots;
Plan ReviewConditional Use Permit
; for development within the Bluff Creek Overlay District and
Wetland Alteration Permit
alterations within the flood plain; for crossing Bluff Creek; and
Variances
on property located at 1630 Lyman Boulevard – THE PRESERVE. Applicant: The
Pemtom Land Company.

interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
