NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-15
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for an
amendment to Interim Use Permit #96-2 for expansion of the wholesale/retail nursery use on property
located at 850 Flying Cloud Drive – GREEN GARDENS. Applicant: Keith Werner.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/06-15.html or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
