I represent Arild Rossavik, owner of 8800 Powers Boulevard, Chanhassen,
Minnesota. Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, a request
is hereby made of the City of Chanhassen to produce all documents related to:
First Request related, to a Land Use Map Amendment changing the zoning of the

agricultural large lot and deleting the property from the MUSA in exchange for 22

consider and adopt said change;

approving, or adopting the Zoning Code Amendment and/or land use map
amendment; and
Minutes of each meeting at which said land use map amendment was
discussed.

agricultural estate district as part of comprehensive rezoning of City:
