Revisions to Interim Use Permit to Grade - ~innetonka ~iddle School West
Planning Case No. 06-03 & Grading Permit File No. 06-01
Dear ~r. ~urphy:
This letter is a follow up to your request to grade approximately 3,400 cubic yards of
material to construct an infiltration basin on the existing school property to reduce
downstream erosion and sedimentation along Highway 41. Upon review of the revised
plans and based on the conditions of approval City letter dated February 27,2006, we
find no objections to the revised plans. Before issuing a notice to proceed letter, we still
need the following items:
1. The applicant shall provide the City with a cash escrow or letter of credit in the
amount of $5,600 to guarantee erosion control measures and site restoration and
compliance with the Interim Use Permit.
2. The applicant shall obtain and comply with all permit requirements of the
Watershed District and ~nDOT.
3. The applicant shall supply the City with a mylar as-built survey prepared by a
professional engineer upon completion of filling and/or excavation to verify the
grading plan has been performed in compliance with the proposed plan.
