NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 2, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Rezoning
from Agricultural Estate District, A2, to Planned Unit Development - Residential, PUD-R;
Preliminary plat approval creating 13 lots and one Outlot with a Variance for a private street and
more than four homes accessing a private street; and a Conditional Use Permit for development
within the Bluff Creek Overlay District on property located north of West 78th Street and west of
Galpin Boulevard - GALPIN CROSSING TWINHOMES. Applicant: Epic Development
XVI, LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/06-13.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
