NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-18
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 16, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a Planned
Unit Development Amendment, a Subdivision and Site Plan applications with Variances for
property located at the northeast comer of realigned Highway 101 and Lyman Boulevard-
SOUTHWEST Vll.LAGE. Applicant: SouthWest Metro Transit.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/planl06-18.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
