Re: LED Monument Sign Conditional Use Permit - Planning Case #06-19
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to formally notify you that on June 12,2006, the Chanhassen City
Council approved the following:
Conditional Use Permit #06-19 based on the Findings of Fact with the following
conditions:
1. The applicant must obtain both a sign permit and building permit prior to
erecting the sign.
2. The foundation and sign connections (i.e. bolt type, bolt size, embedment
and location) must be designed by a structural engineer.
3. The site plan must be revised to show the proposed location of the
monument sign showing property line setback dimensions.
4. Brick used on monument sign shall match principal structure.
5. Usage of LED sign shall be limited to the hours between 6:00am to
1O:00pm.
