NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-25
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen PIanningCommission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
June 20, 2006, at7:oop.m. in the Council
Chambers in Chanhassen City Hall,
7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a Variance
requestfor relief from the 3o-foot front
yard setback requirement for the
expanSion of second level of a home
with nonconforming setbacks. Two
setback variances will be required
because the property is a corner lot.
The site is located in the Single-Family
Residential (RSF) District at 6724 Lotus
Trail. Applicant: Loren Veltkamp.
