NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-24
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a
Conditional Use Permit for an automobile body repair shop and Site Plan Review for 14,430
square-foot expansion to a 4,074 square-foot building on 1.89 acres located on property zoned
Highway Business District at 60 Lake Drive East - ABRA AUTO BODY & GLASS. Applicant:
Abra Auto Body - Chanhassen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/plan/06-24.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
