NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 06-25
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 20,2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a Variance request for
relief from the 30-foot front yard setback requirement for the expansion of second level of a home
with nonconforming setbacks. Two setback variances will be required because the property is a
comer lot. The site is located in the Single-Family Residential (RSF) District at 6724 Lotus Trail.

A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/serv/olanl06-25.html or at City Hall during regular business
hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
