Re: Variance Request - Planning Case #06-25
Dear Mr. Veltkamp:
This letter is to notify you that the City will be.unable to complete the review of
your variance request within the 60-day review period that ends July 18,2006 due
to the delay in Planning Commission review and the change in the Planning
Commission meeting dates. Therefore, I am notifying you that the City is
extending its review period for up to an additional 60 days, through September
16,2006.
We have scheduled this item for a public hearing in front of the Planning
Commission on July 18, 2Q06.
