Peterson: You requested that I write to you outlining our understanding with respect to your proposed donation to the City of Outlots A and G, Pioneer Pass. The donations are being made in connection with the platting of Pioneer Pass, since the property covered by both Outlots A and G are less than 20 acres each and, therefore, must be platted in order to be able to be conveyed to the City and meet the City's subdivision requirements. The City has given prelinlinary plat approval for Pioneer Pass, subject to certain requirements. TIlese requirements include the following: A B.
