A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE AMENDMENT
FROM RESIDENTIAL-MEDIUM DENSITY AND OFFICEIINDUSTRAIL TO
RESIDENTIAL LOW-DENSITY; PIONEER PASS
WHEREAS, Peterson Jacques Farm has requested a Comprehensive Plan Land Use
Amendment from Residential- Medium Density and Office/Industrial to Residential - Low
Density of the land within the Plat of Pioneer Pass, and
WHEREAS, the Chanhassen Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on April 4,
2006, and voted to recommend approval of the land use amendment, and
WHEREAS, the City of Chanhassen has submitted the proposed amendment to all
adjacent governmental jurisdictions for their review and comment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approves the
Comprehensive Plan Land Use Amendment from Residential - Medium Density and
Office/Industrial to Residential - Low Density of the land within the Plat of Pioneer Pass except
for Outlots A, B, C, D and G, Pioneer Pass, contingent on Metropolitan Council review.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 24th day of April, 2006.
