PLANNING CASE NO. 06-28
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
the Chanhassen Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
August I, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to consider a requestfor
an interim use permit for grading on
property located at 1560 and 1425 Bluff
Creek Drive and south ofthe Hennepin
County Regional Rail Corridor and
Bluff Creek Drive. Applicant: Zumbro
River Constructors.
